Households receiving the following benefits are within the priority group, and could receive full funding towards the cost of insulation measures provided under this scheme.

  • Council tax benefit
  • Housing Benefit
  • Income Support
  • Income-based job seekers allowance
  • Attendance allowance
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • War disablement pension which includes either a mobility supplement or constant attendance allowance
  • Disablement pension which includes constant attendance allowance
  • State pension credit
  • Child tax credit where the relevant income is £15,592 or less
  • Working tax credit where the relevant income is £15,592 or less
  • Over 70 years of age (birth certificate required as confirmation)
